Knapp Winery is a Cayuga Lake pioneer that has been producing wine since the mid-1980s and is known for both classic Finger Lakes varieties and less common grapes. The winery was among the first in the region to plant and vinify Cabernet Franc.

Its lineup has included Blaufränkisch, Saperavi, Riesling, Siegerrebe, and more, giving it a distinctive identity for adventurous tasters. The property also features an on-site farm-inspired restaurant.
