About Vineyard View Winery
Vineyard View Winery is a fifth-generation family farm set on a vineyard-covered hillside with sweeping views of Keuka Lake. The family's roots on the land date back to 1893, and husband-and-wife owners Adam and Nikki Folts opened the winery in 2013. Today they farm roughly 180 acres of Certified Sustainable vineyards and produce a range of handcrafted, boutique Finger Lakes wines spanning dry to sweet.
Adam is a fifth-generation grape grower tending the same ground his great-great-grandfather first cultivated. An Air Force veteran, he developed a love of winemaking before returning home to grow the family grape farm into an estate winery, joined by his father Mike and wife Nikki. Nikki, a registered nurse by training, shapes the vision for the winery and tasting room. The couple's children, Brylee and Parker, lend their names to two of the winery's wines.
The airy Keuka Lake tasting room offers both guided tastings and self-guided five-wine flights, best enjoyed on the deck overlooking the vines and lake, alongside locally sourced charcuterie, artisan cheeses, and chocolates. Vineyard View is notably dog-friendly, welcoming pets inside the tasting room, and hosts year-round events and private gatherings. The winery also runs a second tasting room on Seneca Lake and offers on-site lodging at the Vineyard House among the vines.
